Terms & Conditions

Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building.  Smoking is allowed outdoors ONLY in specified areas. Incense and candles are NOT allowed at any time.

Pets: There is a $65 per night fee for maximum of 2 pets per room and up to 55 lb maximum weight per pet. Furry companions are not allowed on the furniture. We want your pet to enjoy their stay so we will provide a comfortable pet bed, water bowl, treats and clean up bags. We all want to stay in a clean environment so please clean up after your pet. Companions must not be left unattended in your room and must be on a leash when not in your room. Pets are not allowed in the dining area at anytime with the exception of service animals. 

Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Travelers Checks, Cash. No personal checks accepted.

Regular Check In Time: 1:00PM to 6:00PM

Check Out: 11:00 AM.

Early/Late Check In: We are always happy to try to accommodate early or late check-ins so you must contact the Innkeeper for special instructions if you wish to arrival before 1pm and after 6pm.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled inside of 14 days of arrival will forfeit all deposits and reservation will be non-refundable. All no shows will be charged full amount of your stay. 

Due to the current COVID-19 situation it is important to note that any reservation that is cancelled within the 14 day cancellation period will NOT be subject to a refund.  We will however allow you to move your reservation to another date that may work better for you and apply your deposit to those dates.  If your reservation is outside of the 14 day cancellation period  we will honor the standard terms of cancellation.   If you are an international traveller and have been banned from the US due to travel restrictions, under Force Majeure we will cancel your reservation without penalty.  If you have any questions please contact us at 928-862-4006.

Deposits: All reservations booked must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. A one night room and tax deposit will be placed on the credit card at the time of booking. 14 days prior to arrival the remainder of the fees will be charged making your reservation paid in full and non-refundable. If credit card is declined for any reason we will attempt to contact you to correct. If we cannot get ahold of you, the reservation will be cancelled and the one night room and tax deposit will be non-refundable. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival you will be charged the full amount of your stay and it will be non-refundable once reservation is booked.
